Concept & Blockout

Every great asset starts with a strong silhouette. We gather references and create quick 3D blockouts to establish scale and proportion, ensuring the model fits perfectly within your game's world.

High-Fidelity Sculpting

This is where the artistry happens. We sculpt intricate details—skin pores, fabric folds, and surface wear—creating a high-resolution "master" model that defines the visual quality.

Optimization (Retopology)

We convert the high-poly sculpt into a game-ready mesh. We focus on clean edge-flow (topology) that animates well and creates efficient UV maps to maximize texture resolution.
